Horsepower partnered with Extell to make One Manhattan Square, a brand-new 72-story tower on the Lower East Side, a success. Billed as a “Vertical Village” the One Manhattan Square comprises more than a million square feet of interior space, accommodating 815 luxury condo units. It also features 45,000 square feet of private garden space spread over five levels, masterfully arranged by landscape designers West 8. One Manhattan Square’s ambition, scale, and consistent quality of execution make it one of our proudest partnerships to date.
