Mineola Village Green

Project Overview:

Mineola Village Green, a project of Lalezarian Properties, appeals to commuters with its upscale interiors and nearby LIRR station. Designed by the Stephen B Jacobs Group, the compact, brick-faced apartment building hosts 266 units totaling 311,500 square feet. Horsepower was proud to expand beyond the city limits with this project, which preserves Mineola’s small-town  atmosphere with a public courtyard.
