Columbus Square

Project Overview:

The Chetrit Group’s Columbus Square project on the Upper West Side completely transformed a block-long stretch of Columbus Avenue by flanking it with stately glass residential towers. Horsepower was brought on to wire 775, 795, and 805 Columbus Ave, which host a combined 710 luxury apartments totaling half a million square feet as well as schools and a community health center. We also installed one 8,000-amp electrical system for the central tower and two 4,000-amp systems for the others. We are proud to have seen this transformation from start to finish.
