Project Overview:

460 Washington St, designed by BKSK architects for Related Companies, hosts over 100 apartments across its 11 stories. Horsepower was proud to help in the execution of this high-end building, which is distinguished by its close attention to detail. Its 186,000-square-foot interior includes a shared library and lounge space, while terraces and landscaped courtyards combine fresh air and sunlight with privacy. The building’s exterior shifts from east to west: the eastern facade’s brick piers resemble its Tribeca neighbors, while on West Street a glass and steel wall matches the the Hudson River waterfront.
