Metro Loft Management turned to Collaborative Construction Management for help renovating this 19th-century Tribeca bookbindery with an upmarket clientele in mind. CCM turned to us, knowing that we could help provide the high-quality finish they needed. The results speak for themselves: since its completion in 2017, the 9-story, nearly 300,000-square-foot condo has become a magnet for celebrities looking to avoid the public eye. The building, which has attracted A-list residents like Harry Styles, Justin Timberlake, and Jessica Biel, bills itself as “paparazzi-proof,” offering an enclosed courtyard garden and lower-level parking for added privacy and no fewer than 8 penthouse suites.
