22-22 Jackson Avenue

Project Overview:

A new neighbor to MoMA PS1 in Long Island City, 22-22 Jackson Avenue is a puzzle box of glass and concrete. Completed in 2017 and topping out at 11 stories, its distinctive exterior stands out among the smooth glass that dominates this up-and-coming Queens neighborhood. Its boxy volumes provide floor-to-ceiling windows and create balcony space. Horsepower was proud to help make this project, designed by the Office for Design Architecture for developer Jeffrey Gershon, such a success.
