Project Overview:

Dock 72, a joint project of the Rudin Group and Boston Properties, is the latest addition to the creative hub at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Designed by S9 Architecture and Perkins Eastman, the 16-story project, with its massive bay windows and terraces hoisted into the air by three-story concrete trusses, doesn’t look like your typical office building. But tech companies like WeWork have been quick to snap up its 675,000 square feet of office space, which features multi-level social spaces. Horsepower is proud of its role in making this innovative, eye-catching structure a reality.
